What are your products made out of?

Blue Magnolia LLC makes all products out of high quality heat transfer and permanent adhesive vinyl.

Do I have to pay for my order with a credit card?

No! While we accept all major credit cards, you may also choose to pay with PayPal.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to pay for my order?

No! You can still use PayPal to checkout even if you don't have an account. All you have to do is enter your card information.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! We use Square to process credit card payments so that your credit card payment information is secure! When using PayPal, you are covered under their SSL which is secure as well.

How soon will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. Depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout, it could take up to 10 - 14 days to receive your item from the date of purchase.

Is it possible to receive my order sooner than the standard shipping time?

Yes! If you need your order sooner than our standard turn around time, you can pay a rush fee. 

Rush Fees:
Standard Rush Fee (3-5 business days): additional 30% of order total
Overnight Rush Fee (2 business days): additional 100% of order total
Weekend Rush Fee (orders needed by the weekend): additional 50% of order total
Holiday Rush Fee (3-5 business days or 5 days before holiday): additional 75% of order total

Blue Magnolia LLC reserves the right to turn down any rush order.

What do I do if I receive my order and it is wrong?

If you receive your order and it is incorrect due to Blue Magnolia LLC error, we will replace your order with the correct item at no cost to you. We will not replace, return or exchange any incorrect order received due to customer error. However, we will do what we can to correct the issue. 

Can you monogram/design items even if they are not purchased from Blue Magnolia LLC?

Yes! We will be happy to personalize any item even if it isn't purchased from Blue Magnolia LLC. Please use the "Custom Order" link above and we will contact you with pricing.

Do you offer Bulk Discounts?

Yes! Please use the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page and we will email you about pricing.

Do you offer Corporate Discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts to businesses, churches, schools, teams and organizations. If you are interested in a corporate discount, please email misty@bluemagnoliallc.com.

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

You have 24 hours from the time your order is received by Blue Magnolia LLC to cancel your order and receive a full refund or to make edits to your order.

Return/Exchange Policy:

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. Refunds and exchanges will not be made outside of the 24 hour cancellation period unless it is an error caused by Blue Magnolia LLC.

Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Blue Magnolia LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Privacy Policy:

Blue Magnolia LLC will only use your information for order and shipping purposes. Your information is kept under lock and key and will never be used for any other purpose.
